Take off the head, scale and gut four of these fish.  Put them on a mesquite plank and put them on your grill.  Cook for 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.  Through the fish away and eat the plank.

Um, er, uh -anything under a five pound Drum pulls once and floats to the top. It's literally like pulling in a dead fish. We used to hook them down at spill ways and take turns with a bow after.

I'd rather catch a goby.
